Interlocking Structural Insulated Panels
"Snap-N-Lock" SIP technology uses energy efficient 1 LB.
PCF Expanded Poly Styrene foam, which is an extremely
strong super-insulative building component, sandwiched
between two pieces of 26 gage Powder Coated Galvanized
Steel with interlocking panel connections and laminated
together to form a structural load bearing wall, floor or roof
panel.

When properly installed this system creates a thermal
envelope unsurpassed in the building industry. One of the
most exciting features of this system is its physical comfort.
Panels create an environment that is more easily and
economically controlled, quieter and cleaner.
Insulation ratings compared to fiberglass insulation batts
more than  double, due to restricted air flow.
R ratings as
high as R-40.78 can be achieved with proper design. An 8"
roof panel can provide you with an R-40.78 insulation Rating
and a cathedral ceiling as well! Because panels can be
fabricated to jumbo sizes (8' X 30') versatility of design and
speed of construction saves you big in construction costs.
Combined with other Energy Efficient Innovations such as
Solar Hot Water Heating Systems, Geo-Thermal Heating
and Cooling Systems, Low "E" Insulated Windows,
Air-conditioned HVAC Systems and many other modern
features,
SIP constructed homes are the latest in home
building "cutting edge" technology!
Stick built walls originally are designed to be structural, not
insulated. With insulated building panels, the insulation is not
a hit-or-miss afterthought, but an integral part of the
structure. Needless to say "Building with "Snap-N-Lock"
SIP's is the COOL thing to do!"
